Shipping and Pickup
All shipment will be packed and shipped from Macau SAR. There is no import tax or duties for shipment to Hong Kong. For other countries or cities, import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country and you are responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please be reminded that it may delay the delivery time.
Macau Store Pickup
- Any order can be choose pickup in one of our store.
- Some products may locate in different stores. Contact us for pickup arrangment.
- Orders must be paid before pickup. Order if not paid, will cancel after 24 hours.
Macau Local Delivery
- Free Delivery for orders over MOP$500.
- Flat delivery fee MOP$30 for orders under MOP$500.
- Orders confirm before 5:00pm can offer same day delivery, otherwise will be arranged on next day.
Hong Kong SF Express
- Free Shipping for orders over HKD$500.
- Flat shipping fee HKD$50 for orders under HKD$500.
- Orders ship out on the next working day after.
- Delivery time depends on SF Express. Tracking number will be provided.
Mainland China SF Express
